USA Domestic Ordering

ORDERS:
Orders may be place by fax or mail. When placing orders, we require the following information: Catalogue Number, Quantity, Description, Your Company Name, Billing, Shipping Address and PO Number.

SHIPPING:
All of our products are shipped F.O.B. from our facility in Seattle, Washington, USA.

CANCELLATION:
Must be received 3 days after placing purchase order. Special custom orders can not be cancelled.

STANDING ORDERS:
Discounts are extended based upon the size of the order. We provide delivery on a timely basis to meet your requirements.

BULK ORDERS:
Due to our large scale capability, we are able to offer bulk quantities at competitive prices in variety of package configurations.

PRICING:
Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

TERMS:
F.O.B. (Freight On Board) Seattle, Washington. Net 30 days per your credit records.

RETURN POLICY:
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Requests for permission to return must be made within 10 days after receipt of goods. Credit will not be issued for products that have expired or are not in their original container. Returns should be carefully packed and shipped prepaid via a carrier designated by Ameritek and must have a Return Goods Authorization Number assigned by Ameritek.

DAMAGE/SHORTANGE CLAIMS:
Shipment must be inspected immediately upon receipt and discrepancies reported in writing within 7 working days. The carrier is responsible for any damage or shortage. These must be reported immediately for an inspection by the carrier before a claim can be issued. Failure to follow this procedure may invalidate your claim.

Proprietary arrangements with our customers are entirely confidential.

We will fax you the total cost of the order delivered to your import/export agent.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
When your order is shipped we will fax you or your agent with the date and estimated time of arrival, the airline and flight number and the airway bill number.
